How will it work?

• Government funded HGH could be given to manlet children and Dr. Mike Mew can be invited to teach all the tallcels how to chew
• With greater power, we could use CRISPR gene editing to eventually remove the genes for ugliness and hypergamy out of the genepool, creating a new species of beautiful people who are loyal to their romantic partners
• Eventually, after perhaps as little as a century, we could have artificial wombs

One possible road-block I see with this is that it requires a substantial amount of resources. Visa's, are usually working visa's requiring a job, or in some countries retirement class visa's where you have to be both old and spend like 100K for a Visa.

If someone has the resources and influence capability to be part of this and make it happen, it's probably easier for them to move to a 3rd world country and get a wife, and not have to worry about creating a system that the global world wide woke mob will hunt down, lobby the government to do something about, and get canceled.
