Fuck everything hurts I think I’m getting sick I ate so much goyslop this week now I feel like I’m having fever last night I woke up many times due to pain in my chest and I can’t sleep that well no more cortisol is probably at an all time peak should I go to a doctor ?

Same thing happening to me. Lots of pain, fatigue, nausea. likely from pure all-american goyslop diet.

It's mild food poisoning. Too much snack it's temporary you shouldn't go to doctor
