in the beginning of april, i went to my doctor and asked about counseling. she said that someone would call me for a phone intake soon. i haven't heard back, at this point i don't think they will. even my mom said she doesn't know how to help me. i don't understand how people expect me to get help when shit like this happens.

my life shouldn't be this bad, i have food, shelter, and alot of cool shit. i live at home and am broke most of the time but i can deal with that, i can even deal with being sub-5. but there is something deeply wrong with my brain, and i don't how how to deal with that.

There’s no counseling out there that can help resolve the mental issues we’ve developed as a result of our inceldom and being outcasts
