I believe the misconception arises, from the supposition that for a man to be completely denied any opportunity at women, he has to inherit all of the; and the most extreme cases of phenotypical degeneracy. Which is not true, only a sufficient number of moderate degenerative traits have to be inherited to push a man into the sub-humanity realm. (The Sub-humanity realm being, a position where you are not desired by women) Women do not have to settle and do not settle, for anything other than the best, or for the prince charming, due to the fact that their sexual market value is very high, and they have tons of men lined up to choose from.

With modern advances in technology and the rise of social platforms like facebook, tinder... women get bombarded with a constant barrage of advances from men. A woman is no longer limited by her immediate surrounding area and the men that are in it. If a woman gets's messaged by 50 guys, she is not going to bother considering the bottom 40, she is only going to choose from the top 10. And it isn't the case that everyone is entitled, or gets one, it is rather the case that the guys at the top get hundreds and thousands of women, while guys like me, who are at the very bottom, get nothing.
