You still can't find girlfriend because you are short and ugly? Consider leg lengthening surgery and plastic surgery. Can't afford it? Then go richer. You can't? You are lazy because (person who was lucky) become rich.

The same type of rhetoric can be used against problems of black people:
People treat you bad because of your skin color? Then try your best to not act like stereotypical black person. Have a job, don't use hood language, don't be aggressive etc.
People still treat you bad because of your skin color? Then consider skin bleaching. Can't affoird it? Then go richer. You can't? You are lazy because (person who was lucky) become rich.

And against LGBT people:
People treat you bad because you are LGBT? Then try your best to not act like stereotypical LGBT person. Don't wear rainbow clothes and accecories, don't talk about your sexual orientation, don't show your attraction towards people who don't want it.
People still treat you bad because you are LGBT? Then go to conversation therapy.

But there is a problem. If you say something like this to black or LGBT person, then you got heavily criticise and treated like total piece of shit asshole.
