I don't know if you can shoot for a voice. Your voice is like your other physical traits, it is what it is and you cannot change it. I suppose you could just try to change your pitch 100% of the time but it gets tiring, you legit just forget and is damn near impossible for certain things, like shouting.

you can try primal screaming and neck training

it worked for me, now my voice is scary deep + southern hood accent

don't get me started on my Spanish voice though,
