Even if you could ascend in Asia or East Europe, etc. I know the standards there are way lower, you actually see in alot of cases a 5 with 5 and a 6 with as 6 which is as it should be. However for a lot of us we wouldn't know the language, much less being able to get a job in that country. Therefore being in the West may doom some of us automatically.
