I went in and had to wait 5 minutes before one of them came over and asked me what I wanted even though there was no one else there. After I told him one of the other workers beside him asked me something but I couldn't understand so I just cuckly said "s-sorry?"
He started laughing and said "i'm only joking". The entire time I was waiting for my food he kept looking over and mockingly smiling at me while I was awkwardly fidgeting around.

What the fuck is this shit? I can't even order food without being reminded of my inferiority. Fuck this, I won't be coming back there ever again.

Generally if people don't want anything to do with you, they won't give you that opening. So anybody joshing you is a sign they want something more with you. It could be they're sniffing around to see if they can bully you, or they think you could be cool to be friends with or to hook up with.
