If you read the entire story, she was only intimate w/ Johnny prior to being proposed to by Doom and then she stopped fucking him
He was still deceived by omission (Johnny never told him - he only toyed with telling Reed) since she waited until the altar to tell him, and she confessed in an embarassing way by shouting it aloud when she cuold have whispered it to him.
The wedding was being televised- Doom managed to cut the cameras in time but his anger with her would've been less if she had told him more privately and more promptly.
We'll never know how much of his anger was about the embarassment vs the deception vs teh heartbreak. He hides his feelings well.
I think honestly all this was just about the dishonestly and lack of tact. Zora Vukovic wasn't in a relationship with him at the time she was with Johnny, but it was still sort of a betrayal since Johnny was one of Doom's enemies back when they were together.
Johnny was a deceiver since he didn't come outright "hey I overheard your proposal - you should make an informed choice!"
Attending the wedding as a supposed friend (bygones by bygones) with this looming was treacherous as fuck.
Zora at least had a come-to-god moment about bottling it up which is why Doom spared her the wrath and just chastized her for her deception and lack of tact.
Doom initially only blastede the fantastic four (he probably thought Reed and Sue and Ben knew about Johnny, or that they would try to protect him) and only attacked the other guests after Namor and Panther started defending the FF.
It could also have been about containing the embarassment since they were a limited number of witnesses to it (Doom having cut off the cameras)

He beat the shit out of everyone and then cursed Torch to be unable to turn off his flames so that he wouldn't be ale to enjoy touching anyone anymore and gradually starve to death.
Johny was cheating on his soulmate Skye (Victorious didn't know about her AFAIK) so he 100% deserved that shit.

Johnny wasn't a Chad to her, he was a despair-fuck and she was so ashamed of it and desperate to be with Doom and serve her nation that she hid it.
Ultimately her desire to be an honest wife (and inform her sovereign of the F4's treachery) won out.
TBH this should've redeemed her but Doom realized she was too emotional and low-IQ to be a good ruler or wife. If she'd had the tact to confess privately instead of blubbering about it then maybe it would've been different.
I'm sure he cares about her in her own way and probably would've married her if not for his responsibilities to his nation to choose a queen and ruler who is more level-headed.
