This is because African countries have better mental health rates since they're countries are less impacted by social media. They eat healthier,play outside and are more social. Most of them mog us in quality of life jfl. I have cousins in Kenya and all of them eat healthy foods,have many friends and go outside more. They get more vitamin d. and for some reason have whiter teeth.
They don't have the gay chemicals that are shoved down our throats here in the west. And they weren't affected by COVID that much. Even with their access to internet. They still decide to go outside. My cousins in Africa are more happier than me. It sucks. I would rather be living that type of life than being a doomer here in the west jfl. I was surprised to find out my African cousins have access to internet,video games lots of food etc. Which I suppose isn't common with the average african

I disagree ngl. Being extremely poor working 15 hours a day in horrible environments and coming home to starve and when you do eat food its the same shit thing sucks while also being careful not to get raided/attacked by other extremist groups.
