I have seen Bleach fights using 60fps edited scenes with some post-processing Shades to look more cinematic.

However, it only works if there is enough Room to make it appear flashy.

If the anime wasn't meant to be 60 fps, converting it to 60 will look like shit. It's why you get these ugly smudges

never had that issue tbh probably the software you are using is poor RIFE has gotten better with artifacts and glitches in how it interprets movement
