Here we often rise question about fate of Europe. We definately experiance nostalgia for times when we did not live.
Some smart ass would say that our nostalgia has nothing to do with reality that we are lamenting mithological golden age that never existed.
But the golden age of Europe (including New England) existed. The age when people were still persons not living manequens like now.
When i read letters of people of begining of 20 century when i read magazines of the same period i feel envy. I envy life of those real people. They had no these dubious technological advantages as we do have now. But they instead had real thoughs real feelings real imagination and dreams and aspirations. They had love not just sex as today they lived their ideals not imitated them as we do now they had friends not just online anonimuses
And now im asking my self after all these considerations - Did t Third Reich fight for survival of very human spirit ? Was WW 2 the last war when forses of humanity were finaly defeted by forses of chaos ?
