Discussion Eugenics is actually a brilliant idea

I was thinking about how the domestication of cattle and dogs went historically and how we have so much variation with very intelligent and loyal dog and cattle breeds from the standard idiotic and savage wild variants. We should do that for people too. Could you imagine if we went to Afrika or Haiti and just started enhancing the population? In about 80 years we'd have the average Afrikan iq be like 160 and all the third world nations would develop and we'd all live happily ever after
