he wouldnt have been able to rack up such a kill count in the US in the first place.

The Medellin cartel (Escobar's cartel) was so rich at one point that they had more money than the Colombian Government, which had only a fraction of the wealth of the US government, hence Escobar was able to wage war against the Colombian Government for so long (several years) because Colombian government's limited resources meant that law-enforcement and military received limited funding.

Only when the US government got involved did the Medellin Cartel start losing power and suffered heavy casualties. If Pablo Escobar did what he did in Colombia, on American Soil, his cartel would have been destroyed within a week maximum, beause the American government is far richer than the Colombian government, and therefore can invest in a larger, more highly trained military and police force which would annihilate the Medellin Cartel faster than they can say "Pablo" lol.

This motherfucker assassin would have been killed in a shootout with military and/or police before he even reached a kill count of 50 if he did what he did in the US.
