I'm not sure it's any worse than listening to his sister having sex though. Probably would have pushed him over the edge in a similar scenario tbh tbh. I bet he would have gone to a party, saw her making out with another guy and gotten pushed off the balcony or some sort of other messed up shit. Then gone back to his room, given up and continued his manifesto.

What would have really sucked for him is if a blonde foid police officer brought him in for posting threats online. I couldn't even begin to imagine how much rage that would have caused.

Elliot would have likely continued hating the human race though including black people. Given a girlfriend, he probably would have remained an isolationist who tried to avoid shallow, selfish normies. Meanwhile, he may have viewed his girlfriend as an exception to a generally very twisted species.

Again, I believe that ERs racist rants were triggered not only due to anger and despair but also by an ice cold, soul deep nihilistic misanthropy. This makes sense given all the persecution and bullshit dealt his way by his normelite counterpart as a young autistic male.

If she made him happy enough and stayed with him forever its likely all those negative thoughts would be pushed to the back of his mind and he'd just enjoy his life like just about every other normie on earth already does.

Though if she left him and in the typical scumbag modern female way by cheating he'd probably of gone Terminator on Isla Vista with an even worse rampage than the one he ultimately carried out as an incel.

If she made him happy enough and stayed with him forever its likely all those negative thoughts would be pushed to the back of his mind and he'd just enjoy his life like just about every other normie on earth already does.

I could picture that but I'm not sure if he could have recovered that easily. What seems more likely to me is that he would start to be more optimistic but then run into rude normies who brought back bad memories. I'm no expert though, you could be right. I think that if he did change his views it would have been a very gradual process and a part of him would always look down on humanity.
