For example disability, normies have a set of beliefs that applies to the people above a certain treshold of disability, such beliefs being that they are equal, that they can do the same things with more or less the same difficulty, etc. But disability is not an on or off thing, it's a spectrum, and the guy with one IQ point less than you has things harder than you, but normies don't want to accept that. They want to think that above a certain theshold only effort matters and not genes, that if you don't have down syndrome or you aren't in a wheelchair, then you have the same opportunities as others and it's only your fault if you fail, which is wrong!
In fact it's the opposite. Unlike normies I have a lot of empathy for the losers. Think about it, nobody decides to fail and be a loser, if someone is in a worse position than you it's most likely because he was dealt worse cards (and genes) than you, so I'd feel bad for him. But normies will hate you and blame you as if you decided to fail!
