Today I was talking with my 23 and 58 year old co-workers, and the topic of dieting and exercise got brought up, and they both asked me for advice and tips because "I was looking fit". Holy shit when the words exited their mouths it was the best thing I've ever heard, I've been on a gym grind as a cope for the last couple months and I've gotten pretty buff and lean, anyways I didn't think it was working enough until that point. I gave them some pointers like counting their calories using a app called cronometer (unsponsored btw just a great app) if they wanna lose a few pounds.
Also the 23 year old one mentioned she was 5'7, and I said "no way same", she looked at me and told me to stand up next to her, she says that I'm lying because I'm taller, again, the words sent tingles through my skin, (last doctors appointment the nurse rang me in at 5'6, 168ish cm), so either I grew, shes frauding, or my shoes (I don't wear lifts) have big soles.
Wanted to share this lifefuel and ask what yall think, might be a cope but I think they were genuine.
