One good thing doesn't help you ascend, you need a lot, man I wish I was 6'4, just any amount taller would make me happy. I know that I could easily liftmax to be 6'4~6'5 with even tiny lifts, but I want to be your height barefoot, well even taller than that. I'm very jelly belly of you.
