Isn't it surreal. I've been thinking about it for a while.

My interpretation of it so far is this:

- it's strange the degree to which videos like this highlight what they're GETTING from the company (money, nice food, etc) and downplay what they're GIVING to the company (work). I'm not entirely sure why this is.

- there's concern about why someone like this is actually there. she doesn't come across as particularly intelligent and also doesn't strike me at least as the kind of person who would typically be a software engineer or senior software engineer. so how did she get this role?

You have to love absolute fearlessness this foid has making a video saying “hey everybody I get paid a shit ton and basically do jack shit all day”. She knows she is untouchable because she has a vagina. Even if by some miracle she got fired she would be totally fine.

I do notice that in the cafeteria the rest of the people there... I think were all Asian guys. So... maybe people like this woman are the exception and not the norm. I think that if everyone there was like her the company would collapse very quickly.
