Feminist are simply incapable of feeling empathy towards men since it is an ideology that entails the recognition or construction of the social (not yet political) enmity between the genders. In fact, the political conclusion of feminism is, indeed, the extermination of men, as all the radical feminist (especially the lesbian branch) promoted in the 60s and 70s, but they haven´t reached that point because 1) absurd 2) they channel their hatred and murdering impulse towards the legal and social death of men through instead of their physical death.
