How popular are these things in your country? In Spain since like 2018 they've increased a lot and it's easy to see them on the streets. The typical users are young broccoli haircut zoomers who can't get a driving license because they're under 18 or because they're too poor, but also overweight foids who are too lazy to walk kek.
Many times they drive like they own the road speeding near pedestrians or not caring about traffic lights so they don't get much sympathy. In the biggest Spanish forum Forocoches they hate them a lot and go full boomer saying things like "these younglings nowadays with their electric scooters are faggots back in my day we had motorbikes and cars"
@Rapistcel more Spanish sociology for you
