1. cheaper international flights.
pre-war, europe to asia flight had to go thru Siberia, and russia charges absurd fee for that. post-war, its no longer an option, and such lines are now a lot longer, cost more fuel, more time, and of course more expensive.
post war, with multiple smaller countries, the fees can be much more reasonable and easily bypassed if 1 get too greedy on fees. resulting in lower transit time and ticket price
2. cheaper commodities.
russia lacks human resources and dont trust foreigners. it has tons of unexplored resources. with split states, each state will be desperate to mine a key mine or quarrel, let go of some environmental protection and shit, let foreign countries do it.
3. foregin investments gonna be pouring in. russia is full of corruption who foreigners dont trust it. with smaller countries that have weaker power, foregin firms can enjoy bigger legal protection.
