RageFuel eBay seller is fobbing me off

Last time I got paid was on the 26th of September and I ordered something off eBay and arranged for it to be dropped off at a shop for me to pick up.

I arranged for it to be dropped off for pick up at this one paki shop, but I found out that it's almost never open.
The parcel got returned to sender, and I arranged for it to be delivered to another shop for pick up.

But the seller has not given me the parcels new tracking number and pick up code and he won't respond to my messages.
I can't receive the parcel without the pick up code, the guy there won't give it to me without it and he won't accept my ID.

I sent this twat a new message, asking for the tracking number and pick up code.
If he ignores me again, I'm reporting his ass to eBay and getting my money back.

I've been collecting deceptions as a kind cope since the beginning of this year.
Once I got it, I'll put it in storage with the rest of my belongings.

I actually had that lockdown toy way back in the day too, but didn't keep hold of it.
In fact, I had quite a few transformers from the animated line.

Lockdown himself is a based character.
Hes not autobot or deception, he's a bounty hunter who sells his services to the highest bidder and is only loyal until a better offer comes along.
He also takes the weapons of his prey as trophies which he uses against more prey.

He was great in animated, one of the best characters.
