Brachycephalic faces EEs + short chins we often have make us look bloated despite some good features like high cheekbones. It’s not a deal breaker on women tho.

But for some reason the foids are attractive so how does that work?

EE is a broad category but Polish foids arent anything special. I find Swedish women more attractive.
