It’s bullshit you can’t go to a local bar without having to wait their for like 3 hours to sober up. I get if you drove on some interstate or peeled out in front of 5 lane intersection but single lane low mph is bs. Incels not having friends means you can’t get drunk at bars because nobody would drive you home. Uber is too goddamn expensive. When the speed limit is 20-30 mph. You should be able to get as hammered as you wish .If you hit something it’s on you.
