In my dream I was ascending but I did it in public, so I got interrupted by people and spent the rest of the dream craving for getting it done, but never got it in the end, it's over

I don't remember my dreams. Honestly, I wish I did because at least it could be a semi-decent cope.

It's easier to remember when ur see a thing that reminds u of ur dream, it's pure accident.
I get my only form of ascension thru dreammaxxing, otherwise it's over.

I read that there are some techniques for remembering your dreams or becoming lucid in them. However, they are unreliable. You need to put a lot of effort into it, which is very hard to do when you have no motivation in life and are depressed. And then again, it's only a dream, so the result might not be worth it anyway.
