Lately, all/most of my dreams have had very strong similarities with them
In them, I'm always in some military unit of sorts, or as some part of a large group of people surviving somewhere. Neither are "post-apocalyptic" though, but rather in some sort of weird, alternate reality or dimension where everything seems just so real, normal, and similar, but then also has this weird "twist" on it that makes it all seem so uncanny & fantasy-tier.
The place it's set on always seems to be some big island, with maybe a few smaller islands surrounding it.
In the first dream, I was on some kind of personal carrier with a bunch of others(I'm guessing a regiment/brigade) being deployed to a series of smaller islands, which I assume are close to the main one. In another, we were driving down some main-road in one of the cities or towns, but it was in a casual setting more so.
In another, I was surviving with a group of people in this old, large house on this piece of land which looked eerily similar to one I saw in another dream: From what I do recall, it did end with us going underground somewhere to deal with some kind of "entity" or creature of sorts.
In all of these dreams, I'm some kind of significant figure of sorts. In the one where I was in some kind of military unit, I was a lieutenant. In the others, I took on some role of importance in solving issues.
