Just think about it. If you commit a small crime such as small shoplifting, you get a light and brief punishment, whereas if you commit a serious crime like killing and torturing lots of people, your life is basically over. You'll either get killed or imprisoned forever, or at least for decades if you live in some cuckland such as Norway.
But that doesn't apply to rape/harassment and pedo/hebe/ephebophilia-related stuff. A minimal transgression is already enough to utterly ruin your life and get you raped/tortured/killed by whiteknights in prison.
That encourages people who can't control their urges to go all the way. Some guy who would otherwise be satisfied by just grabbing some foid's ass on the street and running away, or offering a young girl money for a kiss, will have the incentive to go all the way instead and try to kidnap, rape and kill one. Your life is over either way if you get caught nowadays.
The Josef Fritzl case makes me very frustrated in particular. Would Josef have gone all the way to build a dungeon under his house to keep his daughter captive if he lived in a society that punished rape and AoC related crime proportionally, like it does with everything else? He most probably would have chosen to just occasionally kiss and have sex with her instead of turning her into a prison rape slave.
Also worth of mentioning is how the banalization of rape contributes to people not taking cases that might be real seriously.
