I will try to. I have been playing games all my life I never stopped or put down that cope. so I dunno maybe I need to learn how to do shit without treating it like a game and finding shortcuts here and there.

Try to see the benefits of the action. The "why" of it. Use the happy-future "why" to get you though the shitty-AF-now of it.

first it was reuniting with an old best friend which I realized wasn't much of a friend since I was the one starting all convos
