There's a difference between millionaires and Billionaires. Someone who is rich vs someone with actual power is a lot different. If you're a Billionaire, it's hard to say that they have no real power. No human can generate Billions of dollars. If you put someone less able in their position, they may have gotten only hundreds of millions of dollars instead of a Billion. There are many men like him who would have been put in his position and have generated the same, maybe even more.You get that wealth from the society itself. If you get power in that system and do nothing to fix it you are the problem. They will wash their hands of the blood out of their own ego, 'I generated that, only me, I owe you nothing'.
The only real difference is that there's a lot more FEDs trying to make your life a living hell when you get to a billion, once you have beyond $10mil you become a slave to whatever federal agency is at your throat 24/7.

I will agree with you that yes, a lot of these billionaires are scapegoats, and what they actually do wrong is never properly distinguished.
And this is the problem WITH LIBERTARIAN CAPITALISM! Business owners shouldn't be ecologists, they shouldn't have to be aware of every social problem, making sure sure everyone is hunky dory. You can't have your cake and eat it to. Do you want successful businessmen to only be businessmen? Then lets set up a state or some organization to take care of these things and have them focus on business. When these billionaires lobby and get into politics, this argument is moot.

Rights? Let me tell you something, mr libertarian. You have two rights, the right to be an individual consciousness and the right to die. Those are the only two rights you get in this world, everything else is man made. Everything else is a privilege that can and will be taken away eventually.
We will always want to control culture, push religion, dictate who can and cannot be in our lands, regulate consumption of media and activities, manage the social hierarchy(e.g. who women fuck!) amongst other things. If you get rid of the state, you're just going to have the billionaries, or a workers syndicate, or the church, or anything really, take that power. Your best bet is to have a system that respects the non-aggression principle while doing it. There was a state that wanted to create a monopoly of power without coercion, but they're long gone now.
Right to die? That's arguably the least respected right. No county on the planet allows for unregulated euthanasia or assisted suicide. Right-to-Die is arguably the LEAST right we actually have in practice.
