Seems to happen to me.

Used to like blonde foids and redheads. then no longer. Now only Korean or brunette foids with colored eyes.

But taste seems to be changing again slowly. Maybe my long NoFap streak is responsible (250+ days). I am starting to slowly have tastes change to more vanilla trad looking foids.

I failed many times early on. My early streak were merely days or weeks. But after a few years of trying, I eventually got disciplined enough with meditation and an optimized routine to be able to NoFap for long streaks
