Why do you believe this? Personally, I am open to many different theories about UFOS. I have heard of some conspiracies which claim that global governments will utilize the "threat(holograms of UFOs, advanced aircraft, etc) to impose more Draconian measures & push us to a "one world government" which I believe we are already de-facto under & will be pushed further towards even more in coming years. This ties in with your theory.
However, I also do strongly consider the possibility of Extra-terrestrial life existing.
