get on ozempic or even metformin while dieting and exercising. at your weight, dont run or do intense exercises as that can fuck up your joints due to the extra weight, but do lower intensity but more consistent exercise like walking everywhere. but diet matters more. cut your carbs, stop drinking your carbs. No sodas, no juices, not even milk which actually has lots of sugar. If you drink dairy, stick with just a bit of half and half or add heavy cream to your coffee. Start following weston price and paleo diet. I am a personal trainer so I know what I am talking about
