*Would you take the "it happens when it happens" pill or the "it will happen tonight" pill ? (can be swallowed any time)
You can become immortal for the next 20 years, or die in your sleep where you will have a great dream and feel extremely good.

Why would I want to be immortal in this shit existence jfl, dying in my sleep sounds perfect.

always wanted to die in my sleep

I don't want to die bro. Not yet. Too young and I still have enough copes.
:feelsokman: good for you man.

I'm 30 but always tired, I'm 5'4" and deformed, get treated like crap by society, will have to move out of my parents' house in the next month, get a full-time job.... so dying it is for me.

I definitely get it, just thought some on here (not me) would want to be immortal, for whatever reason.

That's likely my greatest desire, currently

2 things could make the feeling somewhat vanish for me:

-I win millions in the lottery, so I can cope without working (I'm 30, deformed, 5'4", will have an even shittier future) but the odds of this are terrible.
-Zero odds, even less than lottery: getting a cute gf (who will then likely cheat on me, so.... im fucked)

Dying in my sleep after a long day posting on .is would be a dream come true honestly

Would you take the pill tonight or in a few weeks/months?

The psychopath called God will never give me a peaceful death

Unlucky cards you were dealt with brocel :feelsbadman:. I won't gaslight and give you toxic positive shit like "life is always good" or "it gets better", but I will say, I am always here if you want to talk or vent about anything. I check this forum everyday. Love you brocel.
Thanks man, appreciate it.

I'm not scared of death at all but if I could choose a death it would be that way.

What better way to go, than going to bed and never waking up.

What did you do in the 12 years after high school? Why are you moving out now?

Gap years, work, university (in person, dropped out), started new university (fully remote) for 5 years. And I'm not 30 but very close
The last 5 years were quite good apart from a few bad occurrences like losing my childhood pets (one of the best copes I had) and getting older and with it more hopeless and being able to cope less. It was relatively relaxed especially 2020–2023... 2026 will be the most difficult year of my life, until now.

Its literally the perfect death scenario, cant get any better than that

So are you finishing your degree now? What did you major in?

No, in finished bit over 4 months ago. Did master in defense and strategic studies.
Interesting. What was your BA in? Will you try to find a job in politics or intelligence related?

History & politics.

My first job will be in neither of those fields from BA or MA, mostly due to my physical appearance issues (medically confirmed issues/deformities btw). I wish I could work in national politics or intelligence but it's a complicated situation for me. I have bad social anxiety due to my appearance problems, I'm also abnormally shy and diagnosed autist.

I will likely work for some very local government in a small setting/office I hope. I can't have lots of people around me, that's why I also studied remotely (had to do some exams in person, that was hell). I was one of the very few who never turned on my camera in lectures.

In hindsight I wish I did something with computer science or some business degree, then I could have found a remote job sooner or later. For 2027 I still hope I can find such a job, because leaving my 4 walls is horror for me.

But man getting a BA and MA is awesome work! Really.

Thanks dude, appreciate you saying that! Although I'm a bit ashamed because the MA was a part-time degree and I didn't have to work a job. Others in my class had full- or part-time jobs. My parents did always point that out though.

I’m doing part time BA and I don’t have a job as well. I can’t handle a full course load as well. So you’re not alone.

Perfect way out tbh

Ah ok, nice. In what field you doing your degree? Is it in-person or remote?
