Prolonged pain as it starts to develop tends to build resentment, and that resentment is what causes action. However if it comes in stages what is the end result?

And does it actually only weaken you in the end?

I'm not sure that there's really any advantages to pain, other then the ability to feel.

It makes me mentally unstable, I guess.

Even enduring small pain for long periods of time will make you go insane.

Happened to me.

Pain is torture.

Pain and suffering makes you weak, underdeveloped, malformed, etc, only living happy, very nourished, low stress creates chads

I agree, I don't think there's a benefit to it.

Take goggins for example, since he's an "idol" and inspiration or whatever for alot of people and held with high regard, dude literally had some childhood trauma(the pain) and now keeps torturing himself destroying his body for absolutely no reason (although he did manage to get fame, he's now continuing with it for no reason) trying to run from the traumas(said something similar in one of his vids(running away from his "demons" or something)

:feelsrope:

it can make you stronger, but it isn't guranteed. the only thing that is guranteed is that you get used to the pain, at least to some degree
Idk brocel I think some pain is hard to get used to. That's why some people rope.

What doesn't kill you, makes you wish you were dead:feelsbadman:
