Does muscle size really matter ?

Yes i know neck size and traps do matter for facial aesethetics but im talking about just health is it necessary to spend money on the gym and lift weights or can you just play a sport which involves you to move your whole body such as basketball.

Just face and height. If you are thin and tall with a nice face, women will find you attractive. If you are short and have no jawline but are a ball of meat, women wont take you seriously.
