Serious does losing body fat percentage reduce bloat?

if im at 75kg of fat and bloated what if i lose fat but gain muscle to lower my body fat percentage would that lose the bloat even if im at the same weight just lower body fat%
 
Your face will be thinner if you lose weight. Putting on muscle does nothing for the face. You'll want to lose the perenrace by losing weight, not gaining muscle. There no point in putting on muscle if you're fat anyways; you'll just look like a football lineman.
 
You have to lose BF to get that chiseled face look but it's really low I think it's in the 8% bf range, the issue then is that it becomes extremely difficult to get boners at that low of a body fat and depending on your genetics and if you're not blasting gear you'll have to purposely lose muscle to even get that low because at a certain point your body is gonna say okay I have 45lbs of raw muscle so I need to stay at 12% bf or else I'll die so it'll instead eat up muscle or other organs in your body and you'll never lose that fat (specifically around the face and tummy area). Also if you want to burn fat you have to gain muscle, because unlike what you've been told muscles actually send signals to your brain that tell it to start using body fat as fuel but some peoples metabolisms are so dormant that it'll take low carb dieting to even kick start your shit but I wouldn't recommend it until 6 weeks into training or else you're going to relapse and over-eat on doughnuts or other high sugary foods and you're body will be so insuline sensitive you'll gain all the weight back and some. Absolutely, losing body fat% will definitely reduce facial bloating. On top of that most people tend to notice changes in their facial area before most other places on their body even if the change is only minor.
 
Bloat doesn't just go away with fat loss like the rest of your body. You have to do strict carb cycles and water cuts to remove bloat, and a single cheat meal brings it back.
 
You have to be real lean as someone said. Plus it's genetics. Some people will store more fat than others in the face. Buccal fat also plays a role. If you genetically have a lot of Buccal fat, you are fucked as far as having a marbled face.

I wouldn't recommend buccal fat removal because it's what keeps you youthful along with collagen. Once that shit is removed it's never coming back. It might seem great now but picture yourself 10 or 20 years from now. You'll look like a melted raisin.

Obviously, but as with everything it has diminishing results past a point. If you're ugly at 15% body fat you will still be ugly at 8%.
