I have been around countless drunk foids, as I used to work at a bar that was open late and filled with college students. I have definitely seen them with men who were not super attractive, and I have even seen them flirting with unattractive men when they were super drunk.
But even when they were drunk, they didn't want to be around me, and they didnt treat me any differently. But those men who were just barely above the threshold for them to find attractive, became much more attractive to them when they were drunk. But ugly people were still ugly to them, and they didnt want anything to do with them
This isnt something that there is a bunch of studies or data on, of course, so I cant be certain about any of these claims. But I can make the reasonable assumption that, even when their standards are lowered by alcohol, foids wont start kissing incel tier men. Because why would they when there are always more attractive men vying for their attention?
