I keep seeing niggas that say "if you chewed on meat as a kid you wouldn’t have a shit narrow Jaw, if you didn't mouthbreathe you wouldn't be recessed" is any of this true or is it just genetics that determines this

Even if it did matter it’s far too late to change it now

usually you don’t really have any say on what you eat as a kid anyway, you eat what you’re given by your parents whether that’s slop or some nice meat

mouth breathing and bad tongue posture leads to narrow jaws

chewing hard foods that push on your palate constantly leads to wide palate and active facial muscles

I chewed gum from like 11 till 16 non stop because I was autistic af and I still have a recessed lower jaw. I have always been a nose breather. I find mouth breathing disgusting, even if I have a blocked nose I still force myself to breathe through my nose.

But how you grew up had the complete and absolute to do with your personality and mental state when you grow up.
