I know someone (25y old) who look wise is probably a 7.5 or 8 out of 10, but never been in an intimate relationship because once he reached adulthood he developed chronic fatigue syndrome, socially excluded himself from everyone (had to drop out courses and entire semesters in college) and doesn't have the energy to engage in dating and entering in a relationship with women.

One of the more bizarre reasons I've heard for not being able to have sex. Personally I have plenty of mental issues which are making it hard for me to interact with people like a normal human being. I'm sure most people here can relate in some manner.

Taking the situation seriously now, the level of appearance you informed is somewhat high, the need for effort depends on the level of appearance, so the need to work hard to have a relationship or just sex with a foid you would need to be a 6/10 down, 7/10 need to do moderate effort to achieve something, 8/10 the effort needed is very small, above that level the effort is virtually non-existent.

I said this because I've seen this type of chadlite, tired and shy, foids literally went to them and did almost all the work, talked to them, made them comfortable and then when I least expected there were they, kissing and in a relationship, the ones I witnessed did not last more than a 6 months, but it was enough for them to not being incels, I think it strange that the people of this forum sympathize with a situation of this type, I thought that the majority here hated mentalcels. Well whatever, great thread to bait mentalcels tho, mods you know what to do.

The guy wasn't shy, he didn't drop out university semester/courses because of shyness. He legit has some form of illness, maybe they didn't find the real cause yet.

I would not say that this can be a illness, but perhaps a reaction that is getting more and more common nowadays, is more a social behavior that is increasingly appearing, very similar to hikikomori, but waht I know, maybe one day a foid will appear in his life to "save" him, but we will receive nothing more than more incentives to isolate ourselves and finally we end with our lives

Yeah I avoided sex when I was in my early 20s due to dick problems. Pinched nerve. Couldn't have maintained a good enough erection for proper sex even with the hottest girl on earth. Shit happens.

My health has been problematic most of my adult life in one way or another. It's one of the biggest reasons I've ended up this way.

I'm certainly very ugly. But I'm also very charismatic IRL and if it wasn't for my health issues I probably would have just been a low level normie.
