Being a virgin means that you have never been validated, it means that girls considered you subhuman enough to not see you as a potential sexual partner.
It also means that you haven't truly experienced life as you've missed out on a vital part of life that all animals want to partake in.
Being a non-virgin means that at least one girl saw you as a potential partner which could potentially mean that there are many more girls out there that will find you attractive.

I've seen so many "shy" "highinhib" mentalcels escape when they followed the advices people gave them.

To be honest, I see most "mentalcels" here as volcels rather than incels.

How are mentalcels volcel if their chemical arrangements are even further from their control? I consider myself mentalcel as well as lookcel, however with a haircut, shaving or keeping stubble, clearing my face, and a couple surgeries I might be able to ascend a couple levels in the looks scale. But I will always be stuck with this brain and can never be normal.

As for the incel definition is really does depend on their age. An 18 year old student who lost his virginity freshman year of college and still claims incel because he hasn't fucked again by junior/senior year is still not incel. Must be way over graduation to qualify. If you lost it by your early 20s and you're nearing 30 without any relationships since that one event, yes, you are incel. Not truecel, but an incel nonetheless.

Exactly. Truecels are natural-born but even an otherwise handsome guy can potentially end up an incel if something unfortunate happens. i think it depends. if someone got lucky once in like 39 years i feel that they qualify as an incel. they have tried very hard to escape, escaped, but then can't do it anymore due to looks or whatever have you. such as faceandlms

for example imagine a guy who started puberty later than anyone else in his friends circle, and had the face & body of a 12 year old boy until his early 20s, probably experiencing extreme harassment and bullying through most of his life.
someone like that would probably leave HS and enter adult life with no social circle, no social skills, very limited life experience and multiple mental disorders, just like anyone else on this forum. he might develop a good looking face later (maybe even good enough to meet someone on a dating site) but with no friends and no social skills his life is pretty much fucked unless he makes up for it with a good career. and the chances of that happening with all that mental baggage are slim at best.

If you had sex when you were 16 then never did again and you're like 47, you could probably qualify as an honorary incel. Crying because you had a dry spell for a year or two and you're a fakecel until proven otherwise.
