Serious Does anyone know of any natural ways to prevent measles, that’s not vaccines?

I’m a highly sensitive person (which is genetic), and I’m completely unable to regulate my emotions, which is not normal at all.

I genuinely think that childhood vaccines caused so many of the problems I’m currently experiencing. Maybe it was the MMR vaccine. But idk.

Does anyone know of any natural methods to prevent measles?
