I have a 7900xt and a 7600x (mid CPU I know) and wanted to know if there was a way to create AI porn? What software can I use and is it open source? I see admittedly realistic looking AI shit all the time and wanted know if I can make some AI porn to cope.

Like @FastBlast said Automatic is good - but only for images videos are harder on your hardware. I've a setup for images running. Btw, are there rules for posting deepfakes here? I didn't find anything that said it was forbidden in the rules section.

I've only made deepfake porn.

But then there's the AI generated images and video, for that you use Stable Diffusion software. The results can be insanely good.

Not necessarily. Nvidia is definitely a must go if you're buying a GPU for AI, but if you already have 7900XT, it will work. I have the same GPU. My current setup is Arch Linux (I think ROCm works on Windows at this point, but Linux is way better for this) with Automatic1111's Stable Diffusion WebUI.

You need to install rocm, python 3.11 and git, pull the repo, create a venv, install torch and torchvision built for the appropriate ROCm version:
https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/ - replace the rocm version in the repo URL.
After this, install dependencies of the webui and launch it.
Models can be found on civitai. For anime, I can recommend this one

Perhaps, but most of the people who go out of their way to make AI probably already have a decent NVidia GPU by virtue of them already utilizing it for something like gaming or graphic design.
