first you should know why you have the urges. its not because you are addicted its because you are relapsing. like your brain wants the same fun it had before. first of all yoga can help or exhausting yourself with exercise, you can try doing different things like cooking. basically anything to keep the mind off. cut off internet where its easy to find porn.thats the trigger.
