I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa (stage 2) which makes it basically impossible for me to EVER HAVE SEX, I LITERALLY CANNOT COPULATE because of this disease, worst of all, it’s a chronic disease so at no point in time will it permanently go away, at best it might go into remission for a couple of months (which, judging by the fact it’s not stage 1 hs is unlikely)

I have horrible cysts on my inner thigh that make me want to cut my reproductive organ right out, there are scars everywhere and I can’t even look at my cock anymore without feeling disgusted,

I honestly doubt that any prostitute would be willing to have sex with me, let alone a foid

I have strech marks too, but yeah balanitis seems rough man, we’re in a very similar situation

Absolutely brutal. I luckily do not have a desease like that but i have ugly scars and a terribly sickly looking skin tone, it never began.
