The only people who know my phone number are my Mom, Dad & Work
My Dad never calls me so I know I don't have to worry about him. My Mom always texts me before she calls so I don't have to worry about her. I miss work a lot and skip because of my shitty life/depression so whenever I hear my phone ringing I figure it is finally the day when they tell me not to come in and I get fired.

99% of the time it is a wrong number
the other 1% is my mom calling me to yell at me that i didn't respond to her text

I used to be very anxious about phone calls and avoid them but then I got a job in a call centre (only job I could get at the time). The exposure and practise really did cure my anxiety of phone calls and now I'm fine with it mostly.
