Fallout 4 is a great game, but not so much as a Fallout game, it's missing the kickass story, the dialogue/choices, and the RPG aspect. Good game nonetheless, it's a great shooter & runs on a much better engine than the older games.

Beware if you do play it, the engine is outdated, and crashes occasionally, but it's an amazing game with endless choices and an amazing story

I still play it, but I've never played the DLC. Only acquired them recently, but don't have any characters currently that are ready for them.
The Frontier? It didn't have the best writing, but it honestly had its fair share of entertaining quests, locations and mechanics. Especially mechanics. SJWs got to it and the devs used some guy as a scapegoat for every single thing, rip

Absolutely
The first two are very unforgiving when it comes to combat and dialogue choice which is what makes them so much fun, you fuck up in the game and you either continue on another path or start over. When I first played FO2 I became a slaver just to finish a quest easier but for the whole rest of the game nobody wanted to talk to me except evil people.
Hell yeah, nearing 2k hours on steam.
