I stopped at “X and Y” because it was getting retarded . I was 18 or 17 then and Pokemon has nostalgia meaning to me. The first game I got my mother bought Pokemon: crystal for gameboy. I never could beat that game but it was fun as a kid. Nowadays it’s more competitive, people actually bet money and sponsors and shit.

I just transfer legendary Pokemon through pc . And got every single one. You can use software on pc to send yourself Pokemon with specific traits and natures and any Pokemon every. I used it during online battles and still got rektd.
playing hardcore (you die = character / savegame gets deleted) is the best experience in gaming.

Of course you need strategy and a good team build up. That's why i like pokemon it's for everyone, you can play casual if you want or competitive, it's all about numbers to play competitive. Learn the best movesets train your pokemon in a specific way.
