The idea of modern dating is to take multiple strangers out that you may not like her in terms of personality, and to waste your money on her, to awkwardly sit across or to each others side, with only a meal or some type of food/beverage to break through the awkwardness.

Yeah this style of "dating" is a realtively new thing in human history and its a system which foids can easily abuse for free expensive meals.
