Does anyone else laugh at ban appeals?

I feel really bad, But they make it so hard not to laugh sometimes because they act so silly in the ban appeals, and then I look down in the people viewing and that makes me laugh more for some reason, it’s so dumb. Over if you laugh at retarded things that make no sense.

I think they are meant to be funny. A youtuber called twomad (now dead rip bozo) did a video on this forum many years ago and he focused almost entirely on the ban appeals.
